We're a fee-for-service, out-of-network studio, which means we don't take insurance. We say that plainly up front because it shapes how we practice. Without plan restrictions dictating materials, appointment length, or which treatment gets approved, we can plan a case around what will actually look and function best for you. Many of our San Diego patients pay out of pocket by choice, and we accept self-pay and cash. For those who'd rather spread payments out, we offer financing through Cherry.
We also offer a complimentary consultation, so you can understand the full picture — treatment sequence, timeline, and cost — before committing to anything. That conversation is not a sales appointment. It's where we look at your facial proportions, listen to what's been bothering you, and tell you honestly whether what you want is achievable, whether it should happen in stages, or whether a smaller, more conservative approach would serve you better.
Our range covers cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics under one roof. On the dental side, that includes smile makeovers, Digital Smile Design, porcelain veneers, composite veneers, in-office and take-home teeth whitening, and clear aligners. For patients missing teeth or facing full-arch restoration, we provide All-on-4 and All-on-6 dental implants along with bone grafting when the site needs rebuilding first.
On the aesthetics side, we offer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and microneedling. These aren't add-ons sold at checkout — they're planned in concert with dental work when it makes sense. Lip position, midface support, and the way your muscles move when you smile all affect how veneers read on your face. Planning them together is the entire reason we exist.

Sarah Garces, NP-C, had built her aesthetic practice around restraint, artistry, and genuine care rather than quick, transactional treatments. Darian Anderson, DDS, was doing beautiful cosmetic dentistry but kept wondering how much better the results would have been if facial aesthetics had been planned alongside them. Patients were getting veneers in one office, Botox in another, and fillers in a third, with no one looking at how the pieces fit together. Monica Kieu, D.O., FACS serves as our Medical Director.

Start with the complimentary consultation. Come in with whatever's on your mind — a chipped front tooth, years of shifting after old orthodontic work, an aging full-arch restoration, or simply the sense that photographs don't look like you feel. You don't need to know which treatment you want. Sorting that out is our job.
We'll examine your teeth and facial structure, talk through what's realistic, and outline a sequence. Some patients leave with a single recommendation, like take-home whitening or clear aligners. Others leave with a phased plan spanning several months. Either way, you'll know the cost and the steps before scheduling treatment.
